Aseil & Nowin  Sanat Co. experts can help you design the optimal heat exchanger that will stand up to the most challenging industrial environments. Whether you need a pilot scale exchanger that is 2″ in diameter, or a larger full-scale exchanger up to 48″ in diameter, Enerquip has the equipment and expertise to build a wide range of exchanger types.


Corrosion Resistance

ANSC fabricates shell and tube heat exchangers from a wide variety of corrosion resistant stainless steel alloys, from common 304L and 316L to duplex stainless steels like 2205, 2507 and Zeron 100. We also work with higher alloys like Hastelloy, Alloy 20, Monel 600, AL-6XN, and Titanium Gr2.

Because Enerquip is also a primary supplier to the sanitary and pharmaceutical industries, we respect our customers’ concerns about cross-contamination of materials, so we do not work with carbon steel in our facility. Because of our stainless buying power, we are normally able to offer a 100% stainless steel exchanger at a competitive price compared to carbon steel. This gives you higher value and lower maintenance costs on your equipment.

Our experienced engineers can help you evaluate cost saving suggestions on higher alloy heat exchangers, like using explosion-bonded clad tubesheets and channel covers instead of solid plates, and using lap joint flanges where appropriate, instead of solid high alloy flanges.

Safety Code Compliance

You can be assured that ANSC has your safety and the security of your facility in mind. All of our shell and tube heat exchangers are designed to TEMA C, B or R guidelines, following best practices for thermal design and construction.

We also evaluate every design using Compress codeware to ensure that your new exchanger will meet all of the safety requirements of ASME Code, along with any nozzle loadings, seismic considerations and other site conditions that can affect the stability of your equipment. Every exchanger design is reviewed and approved by a 3rd party inspector, who also provides oversight during fabrication, and witnesses the ASME hydro-test of every exchanger. We can also design and build exchangers to API-660 and other international codes where appropriate.

Features & Options

ANSC listens to our customers and anticipates their special needs for operating and maintaining their shell and tube heat exchangers. We strive to minimize maintenance downtime, while providing safe features that help your maintenance team quickly and efficiently inspect, clean and service your exchangers. We may suggest davit arm assemblies or hinge assemblies for removing heavy bonnets, or channel covers. A few other options that we can provide:

  • Insulation (non-asbestos and chloride free)
  • Horizontal saddles or vertical mounting supports
  • Vaccum breakers, sight glasses
  • ANSI flanged, lapjoint, NPT threaded, or sanitary Tri-clamp connections
  • Jaygo clamps for frequent head removal
  • Twisted tape turbulators for flow enhancement and improved heat transfer

Floating tube sheets for thermal expansion protection

  • Enhanced surface finishes, up to 15Ra Electropolished
